The hardware layer
for AI on heavy
equipment.

We build the sensors, edge computers and links that let AI see, understand and act on any machine. We're starting with the hardest one we know: the crane.

01 / THE GAP

AI can read, write and plan. It still can't feel a machine.

The biggest machines on earth lift, dig and carry the world into shape, yet most of them are invisible to software. What a crane is doing, what it's carrying and what is about to go wrong stays locked in the cab, in the operator's head, or nowhere at all.

Models are ready. The missing piece is physical: hardware that can sit on a working machine in sun, dust and vibration, sense it truthfully, think on the spot, and hand clean data to whatever intelligence comes next.

That hardware is what we build.

02 / THE LAYER

One layer between the machine
and the intelligence.

  1. L1

    Sense

Retrofit sensors that read what matters on a working machine: load, angle, position, motion, wind and wear. They clamp on without redesigning the equipment.

  2. L2

    Think

An edge computer on the machine that makes sense of the signals in real time and decides on the spot, with or without a network.

  3. L3

    Connect

Secure links from the machine to the site, the fleet and the cloud, so any AI model, dashboard or system can plug into live equipment data.

  4. L4

    Act

The loop closes back on the machine: warn the operator, slow the motion, stop before contact. Intelligence that only watches is half a system.

03 / ANY EQUIPMENT

Brand-agnostic. Age-agnostic. Machine-agnostic.

Fleets are mixed: different makers, different decades, different controllers. The layer is designed to fit on what's already working, not only on what's coming off a production line next year.

04 / WHY CRANES FIRST

If it works on a crane, it works anywhere.

Our founders have spent their careers around cranes. We know how they're rigged, how they're run, and where they fail. That's an unfair head start, and we're using it.

Cranes are also the hardest test for a hardware layer. They're tall and constantly moving, they share the sky with other cranes, they work through heat, dust and monsoon, and a wrong reading has a human cost. A system that earns trust there is ready for everything else on a site.

Moving geometrySlew, trolley, luff and hoist change every second.
Shared airspaceMultiple machines, one site, overlapping reach.
Harsh fieldHeat, dust, vibration and rain, every working day.
Zero marginThe cost of a miss is measured in lives.

05 / HOW WE BUILD

01

Retrofit first

The machines that matter are already on site. We build to fit them.

02

Edge before cloud

Decisions that protect people happen on the machine, not after a round trip.

03

Open to any intelligence

Clean, structured machine data that any model or system can use.

04

The owner's data

What a machine knows belongs to the people who run it.

05

Built in India

Designed and engineered in Pune, for the conditions machines actually work in.

06 / THE FRONTIER

From one crane to every machine.

  1. NOW

    Sense and protect

Put the layer on cranes. Read every motion, keep machines apart, stop before contact.

  2. NEXT

    Connect the site

Every machine on a site on one live picture: who is lifting what, where, and how hard each machine is working.

  3. FRONTIER

    Machines that assist

AI that plans lifts, predicts wear before it fails, and works alongside the operator, across every kind of heavy equipment.

07 / THE COMPANY

A new company on a new frontier.

Dynamic Servitech was founded in 2023 by three founders who grew up in the crane business. We saw that the next leap for heavy equipment wouldn't come from bigger machines. It would come from machines that can be understood.

Our ambition is simple to say and hard to do: to lead the frontier where AI meets heavy equipment, starting with the machines we know best.

Running heavy equipment?
Building AI for it?

We want to hear from equipment owners, OEMs, engineers and partners who want machines to be understood.
